        Worst place ever Crystal figueroa in front desk wanted to sleep with my husband shes a homewrecker hoe on top of it she was there with her candles doing her voodoo shes a witch very dirty filthy place just like herself doesnt clean at all lives in her van at the job and watch out she carries parasites Trich funny she thinks everyone wants her feel sorry for her kids that were there w there head full of lice

        I have never been so appalled by a place in my life. When my family and I first checked in we noticed a smell in the room, later when my brother went into the bathroom we discovered that nobody had bothered to clean the toilets, and there was a toilet full of fecal matter!!!! We asked for a room switch and the next room had a bathroom door that locked the person into the bathroom the doorknob did not work which was a serious fire hazard. That day my family went out and came back to an unclean room, when I asked the front desk if they planned on cleaning it they said the maids had gone home, when I asked for clean towels for the morning they told me “all our towels are dirty” I really do not believe the lie, but what is a person to do? The next day I asked for towels and they refused to bring them, they suggested I go out in my pajamas and find a maid cart if I needed it. I was furious!!!!! I went to check out, and the person in front of me was complaining of a dirty shower full of hair. There is a serious habbit of uncleanleness!!! The person working behind the counter refused to give me the manager’s name, and then tried telling me he was the manager I found out the guy working the counters name is Kenneth and most deffinitly was not the manager but it is very frustrating to be treated with so much disrespect. This hotel has gone under new management and but needs to go under new staff. Do not go here unless you want to jump from dirty room to dirty room and get a disease from the amenities. There are about 10 hotels with in walking distance of this one, their rates are better and service can not be any wose.
