        Sonia Perez - Excel Group

        Do NOT work with this agent. She pushes her weight around and will not tell you all of your rights so as to get her way. Our house was being sold and of course needed to have it ready for viewing for potential buyers. Sonia informed us that we may have as little as 30 minutes and for us not be home. After speaking with many different agents we found that to be a lie. We have up to two hours of notice and can deny if we are not available AND we can be home if we choose to. I've contacted Keller Williams and Fair Housing on our treatment.
