Record heat wave and my a/c is too old for the job (27 Years old). Every A/C contractor in town can't find his backside with either hand they are so busy, but Comfort Design took the time to check out my system. I called the "big boys" and they were too busy to make it out. Made decision to replace my unit with one from this century and Comfort Design cut me a great deal (my family and I were desperate). Not only was the price competitive, but their service was outstanding! Steve, Wesley and even Lee were are true professionals in the A/C business. Keep up the good work!

Have used Comfort Design for over 4 years. They have installed a complete AC/Heating system for me in an older home in Olmos Park and replaced another system in my present home. They are invariably prompt and have well trained courtous technicians. Having previously used several other San Antonio AC/Heating contractors I with poor to mixed results I can recommend Comfort Design with no reservations.

I recently requested a mumber of competitive bids for complete duck work and repair/replacement of existing air and heating units from several local AC/Heat companies. The absolute best customer service experience our family has ever had with home maintenance. Both of our airconditioners required replacement. Based on a referral from two of our neighbors, we contacted Comfort Design, a family owned business. Tom Diamanti, the owner, runs the company with military precision and efficency. He and his employees adhere to strong customer service values and do everything possible to make the experience the best possible. His employees take tremendous pride in their work, and will not leave the residence until the customer is satisfied with the work performed. Their explanations are clear and concise, and it is obvious they are well trained and knowledgeable. Their service technicians can be trusted to provide you an honest assessment and Tom will provide all options available and any discounts, rebates, tax credits available. The technicians were on time, professional, and had a tremendously pleasant attitude despite being an attic with over 100% temperatures.

When we first moved into our new home in 2000, it didn't take long to realize that some rooms were too hot and one you could hang meat in. We tried to work through our builder but the changes they made only made the situation tolerable. My wife and I decided to contact Tom and his team at Comfort Design to ask for help and they quickly discovered our issue. The builder had poorly planned and installed the duct work, and had used enough ducts for a house 400 square feet larger than ours. This was the equivalent of connecting a fire hose to a garden spigot and the air conditioner ran almost all the time.



After Tom and his team removed the old duct work and installed the proper amount for our house, our electric bill is lower and the house is much more comfortable. Thank you for doing such a great job.

I just had Comfort Design install a new air conditioning and heating system in my home and was extremely impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and the value they provided.

The crew sent to install our new system, to a person, were friendly and took the time to explain exactly how the new system works and the benefits we should experience compared to our old unit. They went above and beyond in customer service as well - two examples were when one the crew told be about a air vent hood (totally unrelated to their system) had been blown off and the importance of replacing. He took the time so EVEN I UNDERSTOOD! The crew also replaced old air ducts which were the wrong size for the air flow without charging for either the equipment or labor to install them - it was simply done.

There is no question I would recommend Comfort Design to my friends and relatives when they are looking to replace their existing equipment OR if they need a company for repair or general maintenance.

I recently had my unit shot craps.. I called comfort design and spoke with Tom (owner).

That very same day he had a gentleman named Lee come to the house.

12 hours later i had a new a/c unit and was extreamly satisfied.

Very reputable, very fair with price and the service was 2nd too none.
