        Overall

        First of let me say that this loan place is very unprofessional!!!! The staff is VERY RUDE..... (Janie) called our business phone "Witch the number was not on the contract" they got the number off a check my mom wrote out to them. And was very loud well best word to describe her was GHETTO! So she ended up screaming over the phone and then hung up on me. So I called back and ask to speak to the manager (Elizabeth) and even the girl who answered the phone was HORRIBLE so then (ELIZABETH) came to the line and she had the same attitude as her employees. All in all this girls need to get educated in CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you don't like your job (get a new one honey)
