Chili's Grill & Bar

My wife and I went into this location for dinner, after waiting about 35 mins our food came out. It looked good up until like 30 seconds my wife found an long eyelash in her chicken. So we tell the waitress and she said she will get her something else. She did eat her second meal which was "ok" at best. We then ask for the check and we noticed that they were trying to charge us for the second meal. Which we were willing to pay half for that meal because of what happened to the first meal. One manager comes over and says no you have to pay full price and then insinuated that she didn't see the hair in the food and we're just trying to get two meals for free. They were pretty blaming the customer for the hair.. When the waitress quickie saw that there was a eyelash in the food. Not at one time did any of the 5 managers come over right after the food was sent back and apologize for the inconvenience. Yet instead they want to blame the customer. Will never ever go back. Food was very poor!

Service was horrible, took more than an hour to get our food. Never received our appetizers. Service was just terrible.

We ordered from the 151 and military location in San Antonio Texas about 2 weeks ago on line and our food was burnt and hard. Also they forgot to include the extra dipping sauces, but didn't forget to charge us for them. Never ordering from that ghetto location again!
