I guess I have to give it a 1 star to be able to tell you how horrible it was! We had my Son's 10th birthday there and it was the worst party ever! They gave us a "Party pro" that was ANYTHING but a pro. She spent more time texting and hanging out in the office holding hands with her boyfriend than at our party. I had to go get her every time we wanted a drink or help with anything. When I asked her to cut the cake she let go of her boyfriends hand (I had to go to the office and wait for her to see me standing there, with the Manager right there seeing them holding hands instead of working!) and she said "Go and and do it then" I asked her exactly what it is she does for our party and she said "Like I got you your drinks and stuff" The manager is so unprofessional, she came to our table and yelled at my guests because they were sitting on the wrong seat....mind you that nobody else was in that area having a party at that time and one of the benches that was assigned to us was broken and they did not remove it, just told us we can't sit on it. She literally yelled at grown adults as well as kids! There was a HUGE roach on the wall (I took pictures of it but you can't post them on here or believe me I would)! It crawled all over the wall by our cake. So gross! I will NEVER EVER have another party here, or go here for any reason. I did the $99.99 Groupon (THANK GOD)!! and after that it still cost me $149.00 because I ordered 4 pictures of soda and 4 pizza's! I looked at the receipt and they had the nerve to charge me $18.00 gratuity!... FOR WHAT!!!!? That "party pro" did absolutely NOTHING but bring me 4 pictures of soda! I asked her to take the gratuity off and they wouldn't! I am so disgusted with this place! Unprofessional and dirty! I will say that my Son had a great time skating and that is the only reason I did not lose my mind on this unprofessional staff!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!!!!!! Also (not party related just going on a regular day), they charge you $5.00 to use a skatemate" so the little ones don't fall down and you can only use it for an hour, they make you get off the floor for skate games constantly! Most of those games are either racing games, skating backwards or games that the little ones can not participate in so they can't skate, which takes time away from the hour skatemate rental but believe me they will call your name to bring it back in that hour! They have games that if you don't pay extra for the glow rings or necklaces (at $4.00 a pop) you can't skate. My kids spend half the time sitting out waiting for regular skate time. Just a sad money sucking place with rude staff and management!

It's so-so. It could be a lot better. The rink quality is fair and the music is a bit bad for the kids

since some of the songs are vulgar. The young girls that pick up the phone need to have more

etiquette when they talk to customers on the phone and not hang people up. The prices are pretty

expensive,they could charge a lot less.

Our family loves this skating rink. Some people think that Saturdays are expensive but they are not. Where can you skate for 8 hours in one day. They are open from 2pm to 10pm every Saturday night. The music is great and the staff is really friendly. It's bright, clean and always nicely decorated. Just wish they would open more hours.
