Car Graders

Took my money. Gave me a bogus report. Disappeared. Tried calling company for months with no answer/no reply. My insurance company tried contacting them to verify report and settle - they could not reach Car Graders. Hired an attorney - could not reach Car Graders. Filed a BBB report - no response from Car Graders. Finally took lower settlement from Insurance and lost money I paid to Car Graders. Scam by every definition of the term.

COMPLETE SCAM!!!! Back in July, I gave Robert a check for the appraisal. After that he avoided all calls, emails, and text messages. I called the insurance company to verify if the paperwork had been received and it had NOT! I have called him many times throughout this process to check the status and his phone goes straight to voicemail. Now, his phone is NOT accepting any calls. How convenient?!!! BEWARE!!!...Robert and his so-called assistant Summer are con artists. I also believe that the sales representative from North Park Lexus dealership is part of this scam. He's the one that referred us to this illegitimate business.

It's a scam. Wish there were reviews on here before I gave him the money. Contacting law enforcements about this.
