I worked for this company they are AWFUL I never got paid bc I was suppose to be a part owner haha. Then I fell on tile stairs and broke my back since then I have had 4 back surgeries and still live with horrible pain everyday it is so bad I am unable to work. Ruben is the cheapest person there is and uses very cheap water down products on ppl homes he cleans. Please people STOP using this company they are awful and are ripping you off

It's the worst job ever! Ruben does not know how to be a boss he still thinks his a teenager very unprofessional. The way he handle employees there he pays them cheap or most time cheat them off there money they work of a Customer pays in a check and give the worker's a tip but threw the check he'll keep ot and only give you 5$ knowing everyone has kid's or a family to feed... Was a worker hate it so much he made up lies got me fired. Nell was the best boss but he mess up our relationship by putting blam on me and my mother. He is not a good boss

We made a cleaning checklist for Benrell Services to complete and not only did they not do what was agreed to, he insulted me with "I don't understand the business." Very unprofessional management, the owner Ruben Del Llano is terrible with customer complaints and didn't offer any compensation or even propose to come finish the job. He claims he cleaned the stairs good enough and I should hire Stanley Steamer next time...his work is less than 1 star.

Absolutely horrible. Will NEVER use them again and I encourage all of you to NEVER use this service. VERY VERY UNHAPPY. I was told that two women would clean my entire house. I paid them in advance and expected my whole home to be clean. I told them to start with downstairs and they retorted "no, we do upstairs first." Excuse me? After an hour and a half of cleaning the upstairs, they told me that they only had 30 minutes left- and asked me what they wanted me to clean. I was astonished!My house was far from clean. They began to rush, banging my furtniture everywhere, half-assed dusting. My bathroom was not at all cleaned, there are dust PILES on my stairs, my kitchen was virtually untouched. This is unacceptable. I called the management and told them that my house was not clean! How can you expect me to pay the price for whole house cleaning when my home was completely unfinished. Where did this 2 hour time limit even come from? The woman screamed telling me she would call the police.

I found Benrell on Bing, and spoke with Nell, who was very friendly and personable. She explained all the service they offer, and quoted a Biweekly price based on the Sqft of for my home. The Ladies, Mona and Destiny arrived within 2 days bringing their own products and supplies. As I showed them my home, they explained their products and their cleaning technique/style, and started working immediately.



The Ladies worked non-stop and well together doing a wonderful job. When making the beds they did the "Military Style" very nice touch. They also removed the splatter paint around my tub, impressed. When finished, the house smelled so nice as they made their way our the front door. For a team of two they were finished in just under 3 hours based on my 2300 sqft home.



I recommend this cleaning service and will request the same Ladies for my bi-weekly cleaning.

I was told that cleaning would be based on a biweekly flat rate but when it came time to clean it went to $25.00 an hour. I was told not to expect my house to be spotless and that was before they even saw my home which is not filthy to begin with.
