Aptive always does a great job and they are priced competitively. Our technician yesterday, Sean M, was thorough and mindful of our new pets and fruit trees.

On my first appointment Preston was friendly, professional and exceeded my expectations top notch service!!!

Wayne Griffin came out to my home on a recall visit to handle wasps and fire ants. He was professional by checking for wasp in my garage before letting me enter. He even took the time to show me points where the wasps could come in. He then handled the ants in my yard with a product that is safe for my dog.

This company is great and they will work with you no matter what. Today Tyler B went over and beyond and knocked out a wasp nest that just started to form. I didn’t have time to call the company to notify them but he saw it and took care of business. Thanks so much!

Chris Armstrong was very helpful today. When he came to my door he let me know exactly what he was doing and when he couldn't get into the back gate because its difficult he knocked and let me know right away. He got the job done quickly and didn't waste any time. Thank you.

Preston Bates came out today for my pest control treatment and I was very pleased. He was professional, friendly and got the job done in a timely manner.

I can’t say enough about my Aptive service and technician, Chris Armstrong. His promptness and professionalism was a breath of fresh air. He took care of the inside and outside of my house as requested then of course explained if I needed anything else to just contact the office and they would take care of it.

Cosme G. Preston Bates came and did my front yard and didn't get a chance to do my back yard since I have a dog and I was not home. Preston came back the next day to do my back yard and the inside of my house at no extra charge. I am pleased. He also did a great job. Thanks Preston.

I signed up with Aptive just to try them out for a year because they were offering a great incentive. After about 6 months of service, I’m not sure why I would ever change companies.
