All Star Appliance

For starters on the first visit to fix a warrantied dishwasher they stated the appliance was fixed and worked fine. They spilled water all over the floor and didn't bother cleaning their mess. The dishwasher was still not fixed from the first visit which in turn required another visit. On the second visit the person who came out stated they would be back because they needed to get a part and never returned. Finally on the third visit the owner came out and made sure to let us know that he guaranteed water would be leaking from the dishwasher while it was being worked on and that they would not be cleaning up any of the mess. Also requested that the resident provided their own towels to clean up the water. He refused to service the dishwasher if we requested that he clean his mess. So he turned the keys back in and left. NEVER tending to the issue which required multiple visits. I think that anyone who services something should be required to clean up any mess they make.
