Alamo Garage

After taking our cars to the dealers for years, I now take them to Alamo Garage for most problems.

Unlike the dealers and many mechanics, the mechanics at Alamo Garage are very hesitant to replace parts or make expensive fixes if they aren't sure the problem will be fixed. There is a chance the mechanics at Alamo Garage will tell you to wait a while before fixing the car, or they may sell you a cheap solution (like fuel additive) before trying more expensive alternatives.
Unfortunately, some car problems are not easy to identify. You can pay out the wazzoo to have a mechanic replace everything, or you can go to Alamo Garage for a more honest appraisal.

I Can't give a good rating since they had my car for 4 days only to find that they couldn't do anything and it would have to go to the dealer. They said they would look at the car in the afternoon of the first day. Never happened. Day 2, was told mechanics were MIA and could not be reached at all (And yet we have high unemployment in this country - I wonder how that could be). Day 3 - 'We're looking at it'. Day 4, yeah, we don't have the equipment for this. Why didn't you guys just say that on Day 1? Oh yeah, because you were lying to get the business. Don't lie to customers, you'll never get their business back.

Just simply great! I wouldn't take my car any where else.

Was very easy to deal with, and explained everything to the fullest detail. I will be referring friends to this establishment.

The staff here is great. They are fast friendly and efficient all for a good value. I always come to Alamo. I have already refereed my friends and coworkers.

I had to have major repairs done to my car a few weeks ago. I had to get tires replaced, some work done on the transmission and to the brakes, as well as some smaller general repairs. I was weary of being taken advantages of, because I know nothing about cars, and I am female, but that was all for not. The guys treated both me and my car with nothing but respect.

Jose did a great job!!! He got me in and out and gave some really good pointers. I will definitely come back and tell people about you guys!!

Even though I recently purchased my new car from a dealer, I will continue to come to Alamo for my car needs. These guys are great and really use their time effectively. I am sure they will take care of my new baby, just like they did my old one.

I have received service from Alamo Garage several times and each time they have taken care of my car with exceptional care. The customer service was great and the staff is so nice. This is the only repair shop I take my car to.

For any and every repair I bring my car to Alamo. When my girlfriend had problems with her car, I told her to bring it to Alamo. She did not want to go alone because she claims mechanics always try to take advantage of her. I couldn't get off work so I told her to go alone because she had nothing to worry about, this shop just doesn't do that. They took excellent care of her car and did not try and sell her anything she did need. The honesty is always appreciated.

Alamo garage was able to fix my car that was in real bad shape. I had accidentally hit a curb and it ruined my alignment and tires. The staff over at Alamo made my vehicle as good as new and did it at a great price. I highly recommend them!

I am so grateful for your general manager, Will. Not only was he incredibly helpful, but I believe I was given an honest assessment in a timely manner. I know I can depend on Will and the whole team. I was also touched by how highly Will speaks to his staff as I have witnessed the respectful was he treats them. My car is in great shape and I will be bringing it to Alamo for years to come.

Alamo Garage is great. Trustworthy, fast and fair pricing, what else can you ask for? Alamo is exactly what I was looking for in a garage and they have a repeating customer for life!

They are honest, have high quality Service,and at fair Price. They care about their work, and their customers. During our first visit, the mechanics found a number of problems which had been missed by the previous shop who had worked on my car. Seeing how nice the facilities were, I was pleasantly surprised how fair their pricing was for the quality of work they had given me.

I have found the garage to be very honest about repairs and I am treated very well.

Jesse did a great job in getting me in and out. I will definitely come back....and will tell people about these guys!
