Original repair FEB. You missed a major part on the repair, you apologized, said you missed it, told me that you filed paperwork with the insurance company to get that piece covered. We are now in DEC. and I just now find out that you've been lying to me for over 8 months. You never filed anything. So now you have filed it with the company, but we're still not fixing my truck. The insurance company say's you have not filed the paperwork, you say you have? Someone is full of sh*t. I'm sure you can understand why I believe it to be you. After all, you have been lying to me for 8 months. I said to your secretary, without raising my voice, and without getting upset with her, because I don't believe it to be her fault. " send those damn pictures to them, so I can get this sh*t done". After 8 months of lying, I think that is very polite, and probably handled better than most. And then you want to dress me down, and tell me not to speak to your employee that way. Really? If just saying the word sh*t offends her, she needs to go work somewhere else. You and I both know, after 8 months of lying to a customer, that's as good as it's going to get. If my calm, Firm words hurt someone's feelings, I would respectfully ask, that you not lie, bullsh*t, or misslead your customers, and then you might not have to worry about that so much. So how about instead of worrying about your secretaries feelings, you worry about your customers truck you failed to fix back in FEB. and now we're in DEC.

I was recommend to this place and they did a good repair on my truck. I have had bad experiences in the past with my car. Glad i went there. Thanks guys

They did a good job on my car. They always look very bisy and my car took a little longer than i thought but i can see why because so many cars were there and i know the hail backed everyone up. But im happy with the end results. Thank you.

Got an estimate last month- $3200

Went in today to schedule a fix and they had their PBR team look at the car- estimate went up to $5000

Was not willing to do business with me if I wanted it to be a cash pay. Only willing to work on my car if I reported to insurance (last month they were perfectly okay with cash pay- even willing to give me a discount!)

This companies owner, victor, is definitely a scammer. This guy has to be taking advantage of insurance companies. What a joke this 'business' is.

Horrible experience, they took my check and still haven't given me my car. They postponed every time I was supposed to go pick it up, never called to update me, no regard for my time. After 3 weeks I had to go just TAKE my car back. 2 months later I had to call so they could finish it. Unless you want to be taken advantage of and have an extra car to drive around for 2 months... do NOT go there!!

Highly recommend place to get your car fixed. They did a good job on my hail repair. Cant even tell it was hit. Staff was also nice and knowledgeable in claims service.

Took my Mazda to this place for a hail repair and they did terrific job on it. Erica was very nice in helping me set everything up and kept up with me through out the process. Thank you I was very happy with my car.

Took my HD 2500 to this shop when i was in a collision wreck and they did a good job on it. I was happy with the work and they discounted my deducible. Any one needs a good shop take it here. Service is very nice and helpful too. Thanks

Thanks to this shop I have my car back. The hail storm that hit San Antonio was the worst in history and I couldn't find one shop that could take me in soon. Every shop was booked as far as a year out and my car was hammered. It took them some time to get my car repaired but glad I was able to get into a shop. They looked very busy so I knew i had to b patient. It's so hard to find a good place but I see so many cars always at this shop everyday I pass by after I get out of work so I kinda figured to give them a shot. I didn't think my car would ever look the same again due to then crazy hail but they were able to get it done and I was surprised. Big reason I went there was because I saw a 50% off sign on deductible. So I am happy to say i was glad to only pay 250 bucks. I looked over estimate real good just to make sure all was done right. They only missed 1 minor thing and when I mentioned it they kindly took care of it. Happy to have my car back and looks as good as new.:)

I took a chance with this small business because a friend told me about them. I like to support local business. Well Very happy with the work they did on my car and they were very professional through the whole process. Even the owners were very involved and very nice. They looked really young and I'm proud to see young people trying their best to do good for their city. Good job to this local business and i recommend them highly. :)

So I set an appointment 3 weeks ago for my car to be repaired because I was in an accident...I go get the rental car today and go to drop it off and thy will not fix it!! When I found out there was one part discontinued I called this shop and told them and asked if that would be a problem and they told me no it was fine. I get in there today and this dude is like "no I don't want to touch it if I can do the whole job!" I'm like WTF then why did your guy say he would like really!!! The customer service was crappy after I questions why someone else said otherwise! Would not recommend this shop at all!!!

I have to give a big THANK YOU and express how truly grateful I am for the team at Alamo Collision. I was in my first accident with a hit and run driver that left me very emotional and my 2015 Toyota Camry very damaged and they really made the repair process extremely easy for me. The front service desk said "Ma'am not to worry, we got it form here". They towed my car in, they helped me with my claim, help me get a rental car, and kept me updated with my car through out the repair. I got my car back and it looks amazing!!! They truly made my horrendous accident a breeze!!!

INCOMPETANT AND...UNPROFESSIONAL

I went here to have my windshield and top of car fixed.

What I got:

1) The antenae came off the top of the car before I got home.

2) The box on the dashboard will not open.

3) The inspection sticker from my previous windshield was torn and SCOTCH TAPED! on to the windshield. (I can't wait for all the police to stop me because it totally looks stolen!--Insert sarcasm)

4) Personal belongings lost or stolen.

I am afraid to drive my car or go over a speed bump for fear the whole windshield will fall out.

LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

They fixed our car and did not install all of the correct parts. The insurance paid them for it, they just chose not to install or even buy the parts. On top of that the day after my hatchback completely fell off, which is what they fixed. I was so angry, I just traded the car in a few days later. The paint job the did, a 1st grader could have done better. I can see white patches through the black paint and also over-spray everywhere. these guys are terrible. Do not even drive down their street for fear you might get over-spray on your cars. $3500 repair bill, $1.00 worth of quality. Our attorney refereed them to us, he has since stopped referring his clients there because of the quality of work and the photos I took of my hatchback door falling off on 410W.
