They scheduled me an appointment at 1215 ... When I arrived early at 1140 i was greeted by a sign saying "out to lunch will return at 2" i questioned a technician who said she would figure it out for us then walked away and never came back.They apparently arrived back early from lunch and checked me in 10 minutes late for my appointment without any apology. Rude And unprofessional. This is the second time they have been late. Last time it took them 50 minutes past my appointment to be called back.
