This was my mom's first visit to this facility. We were so glad to find an amazing person helping us. Leslie showed such customer service skills it was refreshing to have her taking care of my mom. Unfortunately won't be coming back. Dr Abrams and Juan were abrupt, distant, never had eye contact as if we were imposing on their time. when we were dismissed the receptionist gave us the referral, went about her business leaving us standing there. She said you're through. I asked for eye protection sun screens due dilation and seemed put out for having to get them. Again she said you're done here you can leave you're through. Very saddened and will let both my mom's ins. and primary dr know about your lack of customer service.
