In 2014 I was in charge of our park maintenance out in Bulverde. Due to the unusually cold weather, we had several occasions when we had pipes freeze and break. A-Tex was a Godsend! They came out right away, assessed the situation, and gave us a very fair quote for the repairs. In addition they found other minor issues that they took care of for no charge! How many plumbers would do that!!! I would highly recommend A-Tex to anyone in need of a plumber!

Yesterday (1/16/12) I asked the plumber at A-Tex to come out to my home to help me determine if there was a water leak on my property. Approx 45 minutes after I called, A-Tex was at my home, starting to trouble-shoot the problem. In approx 15 minutes, they discovered that the technician who had checked the Backflow Valve back in late March 2011 had left the test port partially open, and that is where the extra water was coming from! Upon checking the water meter, we determined that it was indeed the source of the leakage. This business gets an excellent rating from me, as they were prompt, punctual and seemed to know how to find the source of the problem.

A couple days before Christmas the tiolet tank in the guest bathroom literaly exloded, I called a couple plumbers but only ATEX asked the right questions (like what brand of toilet it was and whether I wanted just a new tank or a whole new toilet), The other guys said they needed more than one trip and more than one day to fininsh the job. Atex came out the same day and installed a shiney new toilet.; for less monet than I was quoted elsewhere. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

Call A-TEX first!!! This is a REAL review by a REAL CUSTOMER. A-TEX came out and fixed a leak in our front yard that was supposedly repaired by another plumber a few months ago. The first plumber gave us a 1 yr warranty for the work but when we called to tell him about the leak all we got were excuses and lies and eventually he wouldn't even take our calls. I called A-TEX and David and Anthony arrived to our home in no time. My husband had already dug the hole so the guys easily assessed the problem and showed us what was wrong and explained everything along the way even showing us what poor work the first plumber did. They quoted us an excellent price and even gave us a discount because my husband had already dug the hole. These guys are professional, courteous and give great customer service. You can tell they care about their customers and their reputation. They checked and rechecked everything before they left and even gave us a suggestion regarding packing the hole with sand which we wouldn't have known to do. I would highly recommend that you call them first and don't waste your time or your money for that matter on anyone else. I would definitely recommend them to others and will call them again in a heartbeat if I have other plumbing needs. Thanks A-TEX from a grateful and appreciative customer.

From the onset, it was obvious that this company's policy is home respect, and clean up "as you go". The work was of a quality not often seen in this day and age. My home was treated with the respect and "kid gloves" that led me to believe that my home was treated as well (if not better) than their homes.
