I agree the jacket came out good but the customer service is atrocious. They called me and told me my jacket was ready for pickup (this was a month later). 10 mins later they called back and said it wasn't ready. The following week they called and said it was ready... only to be called a couple hours later saying it wasn't. Then they called the following week asking me when I was going to pick up my jacket. When I told them who I was they said oh yes, we're looking for your jacket. They called me back and said yes we found your jacket but no its not ready, we'll call you when its ready. They called back two week later and said it would be ready Friday (this was Monday). I called on Thursday to make sure it would be ready. They told me they would call me back because they were waiting on a patch. It's been two months now and no jacket. My advice get the jacket then find some other place to put the patches on. If I ever get my jacket back they'll never see me again.

If you are looking for good customer service than A1 Sports is NOT your place. The letter jacket I ordered from them turned out pretty good, however they all need to take a coarse in customer service starting even with the proper way to answer the phone. I didn't have any problems with them, I'm just taken back by their lack of appreciation for their customers.

i ordered my letterman from here, and its wonderful. although you might need to go over everything more than three times with them, its a wonderful place to go! and when it was done, they called and let me know. i would recommend you visit

Customer beware of this business. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not help customer in any way in resolving problems that arise due to business mistakes or practices. Will act unprofessional due to having a monopoly on High School Letermans Jackets. Shop around before doing business at this establishment.
