This place is a joke. My very close family member is being seen there and I am doing everything in my power to find him a different clinic. This place does not closely monitor their patients nor are they concerned with their well being. As far as Dr. Tauba I would warn anyone to stay clear of him as well. He is the worst excuse for I therapist I have ever seen. As for Dr. Pulley, its all about the money for him...hell I think he is on something himself! Two examples of I say this are these: First Dr. Tauba had been prescribing my family member schizophrenic medication that made him completely incoherent and a danger to himself, and when I tried to discuss this with Dr. Tauba, he threw me out of his office (yelling and cussing mind you) because "I was trying to tell him how to be a Dr." Well somebody needs to! So I sought help through Dr. Pulley (second example) and although he was very apologetic and understanding he told me, "I am going to take him off of that medication,...But don't tell Dr. Tauba" That is insane! What kind of place does that!?!? These people are out of control! Don't come here!

Stay away from Dr Tauba! He is arogant, ignorant and has horrible bed side manners! My wife has met with him on several occasions and never again. She comes home more traumatized then when she went in. He seems to invent illnesses and makes her think she is far worse then she is. How this person stays in business is beyound me. Hopefully of you read this review you will stay away from him.

Great service and quick to respond.

I have been a patient of Dr. W. for about 9 years. Before I was accepted at Lifetree by Dr. W. I was shuffled from one orthopod to another for a long time. I blew out 2 discs in the late 70's while working construction. I was operated on in 1985. The surgeon fixed me up with a dbl spinal fusion that was finally termed a failed surgery. I had walked with a limp for 6 years. I experienced electrical storms that would travel from my tail bone up to the base of my skull as well as down below the tailbone to just above my knee. The best relief was from the pills that Dr's were afraid to give to their patients. It was very aggravating to think of the thousands of $$$$ they gladly accepted to make my life a living hell. I was told that the DEA was breathing down my neck night and day, as well as telling the Dr. that their license to practice medicine was on the line.(I am not making this up) Each Dr. visit that I went to I was told that there was a new letter from the FEDS in my file and that I could expect an officer knocking on my door to give me my ticket to leavenworth any time soon. I finally found out about the Lifetree pain clinic where Dr. W. practiced and he agreed to see me for an evaluation to see if I would be a good candidate for his program. I was accepted in and my pain situation has since improved greatly. I still suffer but nothing like it was before. The drugs that are prescribed can be addictive, but your drug use is closely monitored. You cannot practice DOC shopping (hence the name of this piece). I am thankful for the program that Dr. W. has going and I have spoken to other patients he cares for and most of them feel the same as I do. Many have been involved with other programs in the Salt Lake area and most feel that Lifetree is the best.



Oh yes I forgot to mention that I was allowed to see my medical file and I was not able to locate a letter from the DEA or tickets to any correctional facility. I think a few of the doctors I saw should be sent somewhere for failure to provide the service I signed up for.
