I have been a loyal customers for years, and have never got a chance to complain. The drivers and dispatchers are very friendly!!

I used to love Valley Shuttle, they were always the cheapest in the valley and had some great drivers. The last few times I have called I either get a busy signal or can literally sit on the phone for upwards of 5 minutes just listening to it ring until someone finally answers. If you run a cab company you should employ enough dispatchers and drivers to handle business at bar close on the weekends. Usually they will tell you it will be a half hour to 45 minutes for a cab to show up, rarely do they arrive in less than an hour. As a repeat customer my final straw was last night when I called them. The driver showed up after an hour and was parked down the street, he never called and we attempted to wave him down but he drove right past the house and never came back. I tried calling dispatch to see what the deal was and could not get an answer. I never received a call back from a driver or dispatch.....they just didn't show up. I would highly recommend using CMS Transportation even though the prices are a bit higher. They are always able to get me withing 20 minutes and most of the time show up early with courteous drivers.

even if you are a loyal customer sometimes they don't show up. Actually they only show up half of the time. They are rude even to loyal customers. Also they are known to use drivers who shouldn't have licenses like people who are 90. Also people who are completely crazy, try and avoid freeways cause you might die like i almost did.

They treat people who aren't current customers very poorly. I'm not sure about their service to paying customers, though.



One of their shuttles was blocking my driveway and wouldn't move. I called the number on their cab and politely asked them to have their cab moved (just a few feet). The person who answered was very rude to me and even mocked me.
