I second that review that the staff are mean. Don't talk to them because they twist your story. They contract you and if you make one mistake they don't care because they will dump you and take on the next patient. They have more people coming in so they use the computer tract as a way to get rid of patients. They make more money on an intake then on an actual patient. There is not a lack of need in pain relief so they can afford to excuse a lot. You can't touch your phone or anything once you enter the office. The dr dismiss you off what the nurses tell them and their notes about you. My call log says they called at 2 they told the dr they called me at 10 am for a pill count. I am a stay at home mom with one car my husband has it I bawled on the phone begged them not to dismiss me it took me 3 yrs to find a Dr and the nurse was rude and argued with me and hung up. It's all about taking in patients they bring the most money at first.

If you are planning on becoming a patient at this office, be warned. Most of the staff, mainly the front desk people are extremely rude and they do it with a smile. If anyone is reading this review and is planning on becoming a patient of this practice, be advised to keep an eye on your insurance claims and the co payments they charge. My co pay seemed to changed from visit to visit until I finally contacted my insurance who stated that the Dr's at this office are General/Family Medicine and cannot charge the "Specialist" rate so be warned. This clinic is just a place that only cares about the revenue they bring in versus the actual care of their patients. But I will say that not all their employees are bad, it's just the ones that decide on whether you will be seen or not, or the ones that are taking the cash that are the bad ones. If you question the co pay, they will tell you that "your insurance company authorized that amount" and when you know better and question them, that is when things get bad and usually Kathleen( receptionist) at the front desk seems to think she can threaten you with discharging you as a patient for being discourteous. Imagine that!!!! So keep in mind, always check what they charge your insurance on your EOB's, check with your insurance regarding co-pays, and always get a receipt for everything they do for you. If you think anything is wrong, contact your insurance company ASAP and file a grievance. If a practice is going to be in business in the field of helping people, treat the patients with some dignity and respect and you'll get the same. If this is something that you can't do, then people like this shouldn't be working in the medical field. Anyhow, good luck to you all and hope that all these things don't happen to you as they happened to me and I had to learn the hard way. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
