I have been with this credit union for many years. I always get great customer service for any transaction.
I cannot say enough good things about Brett from the Sandy branch. He is the most professional and courteous branch manager that I have encountered. He treats customers with utmost respect.
I really appreciate him and will continue to go to that branch.

NEVER do banking there! I am a disabled individual, I use to run an Amazon Store. All of my banking transactions have gone through this Credit Union. I did very good business with them for years. NEVER OVER DRAWN, NOT ONCE! Unfortunately I had a Heart attack and became disabled. Living on disability is hard. I do not have money to increase my saving's. Basically I have to live month to month. I went in one time to cash my disability check. I was informed by a cashier that because of my "low Balance" they would have to hold my check???? This is a United States Check!!!! After arguing with the manager of the branch about this subject of treatment, they cashed my check. Every time I go in there I am greeted with attitude because I am disabled and do not have a big savings. I totally blows my mind that a professional organization like The University Credit Union would not wan't to assist the disadvantaged of our Country? If you ever run into hard time's this credit union will make sure to make your times even harder. Do not bank here!
