Sundance Behavioral Resources

This place is so rude! I contacted them the morning of 5/19/16 to make a new patient appointment. Sundance Behavioral was listed on my insurance as being a provider (Molina). The first lady who answered the phone says "yea, we don't take that" . I follow up with "You're listed on Molina's website as being a provider" She says "yea, hold on"
.... I waited on the phone for approximately 10 minutes just to have another woman (sounds older, definitely more rude) answer and say "yes, sundance can I help you" I then explained I was waiting for the other lady to come back to I can make a new patient appointment. I told her I had Molina and she went off on me about how they have NEVER been accredited with Molina and she doesn't know what I am calling them being a Molina member. She then says "sorry" and I hear a click. She hung up on me after going off on me about Molina. Perhaps I wanted to continue on paying out of pocket? She will never know because she HUNG UP ON ME.RUDE
