TOTAL FRAUD. It is simply NOT an auto auction. It is a used car lot that sells cars by making you think you're at an auction. But you're NOT. Because you're not bidding against any other bidders. You're bidding against the house, who sets a minimum reserve for the least they'll sell the car for and hope you'll bid more. If you don't, NO SALE. That's why if you check their "auction" inventory online, you'll see the same cars being run through the "auction" week after week. Real auctions sell 200 cars in 2 hours. Stand around this "auction" and see how many sales they actually make. But it will cost you your fingerprints and $300 to watch, because that's the price of admission to attend the "auction". They claim you get it back if you don't buy anything.

Please do not buy your car from this place!!!!!! I just recently bought a car from here and the very next day it started giving me trouble. I know have to pay $900 to fix it. I should have looked at the evidence from the very first day of getting it. I went to go pick up my car and it wasn't starting and the people that worked there said its because people that wanted to test drive it left all the lights and the batter died... WRONG! My car was a savage title so when it was hit previously a chip In the car was damaged that was never replaced even tho they said absolutely NOTHING was wrong with it but I was in denial because I LOVED the car. Please read the reviews before going here it's a scam!!

I would not recommend purchasing a car from this place as well. They are running cars through this place without checking them out and we unfortunately got one of the bad cars that went belly up within four days. I recommend going some where else.

Although there may be some good vehicles (?) watch closely what you purchase. We were told verbally at the sales desk when we registered that if we bought one of their vehicles we could have a mechanic look it over and return it within a short time if anything was found mechanically wrong or unsafe. We found a vehicle we liked and, after getting the winning bid, signed the papers and paid for the vehicle. After driving a few blocks we noticed the rear right wheel was wobbling. We checked the lug nuts, which were tight, and realized the problem went deeper. We had purchased the vehicle for our teenage daughter so we felt to be safe we had better return it and get something else. 55 minutes after we had left this auction we were back, and after talking to the sales manager (who was really very arrogant and very rude) were told we could not return the vehicle. We argued our case, (to no avail), so we finally told him we just didn't want this vehicle and handed him the keys and said we were cancelling our check. He said he would file fraud charges and he could actually drive this vehicle into a lake and there would be nothing we could do about it. So beware of these used car dealers at this place.
