Quality Tire Company

I just purchased a set of the new BFG KO 2s from these guys. I was calling around shopping prices for the KO2 and I called Quality and my call was answered by Steve. He was very knowledgeable about the KO2 and offered me a great price. I decided to go with Quality because they seemed to know more about this tire than any of the other dealers I called. I'm glad I found these guys! They seem to do a lot of tire work for semi trucks but they seem to know a lot about pickup tires also. They installed my tires quickly and even gave me a free alignment check. They told me my alignment was fine and they didn't try to pressure me into getting an alignment I didn't need. They also made sure my TPMS sensors were reset after the new tires were installed. The free fountain drinks in there waiting room was a nice bonus! Thanks again Steve for taking such good care of me and my truck!

I called and got a price. Went down to have them put on and when I went to pay for them the price almost doubled what I had been told on the phone. It's called "Bait and Switch"!

Everybody knows. That you buy 2 tires or 4 tires not 3. Their tires do you have a warranty. But they are through the manufacturer. I do not believe that they said tough luck. I do believe that customer service needs to be addressed. Other than that they seem nice and their prices are very reasonable.

DO NOT BUY THEIR TIRES!! We bought 3 new tires and 11 days later one of them blew, and when we went back to get it replaced or repaired, they told us tough luck! They have TERRIBLE customer service and they are NOT, as their name implys, QUALITY TIRES!!!
