Super overpriced laptops and desktops. Cheaper to buy prebuilt laptop with the same or better specs from anywhere else. With the price I was given I could build a desktop for cheaper even when 1080s were $900+

I had a great experience working with Johnny at the State St. Store. I had dropped my laptop and he helped me sort out the damage and gave me well informed options on how to proceed in terms of fixing or replacing it. PC laptops had a great selection of replacement laptops, and can custom order anything you need. Wonderful business and quality employees!

So often we are quick to criticize companies that we do business with but fail to acknowledge companies that meet and exceed our expectations. I want to take a few minutes right now and acknowledge the most impressive business that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with...PC Laptops has exceeded my expectations for over 5 years now, I bought my first computer from the Murray store and was very happy with the sales staff, Since I live in West Jordan the staff at the store on Redwood road 7000 S. Are always happy to assist me with any questions or concerns. I ended up buying my son the top of the line computer from the Redwood store and he loves it! If I ever have any questions they always offer to resolve any issues on the spot. Buying a computer from PC Laptops is more of an educational process and not a "quick sale" The staff will be happy to spend as much time as needed to make their customers feel at ease with their purchase. PC laptops was full of really nice people that get the job done quick and can answer any of your questions. Personally, I brought a full setup for a desktop PC with all the parts still in their boxes. I asked the guys there how much it would be to put my PC together and they told me 1 week. I asked them the price and they told me. They didn't need anything from me except for a few personal details. They even asked me if I wanted to pay then and there, or when I came to pick up my PC. Sure enough, about 5 days later I got a call to my phone at one of the times I said that was ok to call me at, and they told me my PC was ready. I swung by, got the PC, and took it home. Right when I got home, it immediately worked!

Great company to do business with. Took care of all our concerns and delivered a great product. When we walked in the store everyone was very friendly. We told them our situation, and that we we're interested in a desk top computer. The technician showed us all our options, and answered questions and concerns we had.
We loved the lifetime warranty! Also being able to get everything cleaned anytime.
After choosing the computer we wanted, they had great financing available on site. We were able to pick up the computer and everything the next day. They had downloaded everything off our old laptop.
We love our computer, have really enjoyed the larger screen and the light up keyboard.
Pricing was very reasonable and comparable to other computer stores.

If I could give this location no stars, I would. We brought our laptop in for a screen repair and to have the "k" let replaced that we had already been waiting for for at least a month. This location have us the run around about when our laptop would be finished. Every week my husband called to find out when we would get it back and there was always some excuse. By the time we got it back, a month has gone by, we were moving out of state and the laptop was worse than it was Before. The screen they replaced it with keeps popping out at the hinges connected to the keyboard. The screen keeps going red and the keyboard works off and on. We didn't have these issues when we brought it in. The lifetime warranty does us no good now that we're 2000 miles away. The pathetic part is the repairs were paid through the VA Voc Rehab program. Nice to know they were ripped off.we will never refer anyone to this location and thankfully will NOT be returning for future business.

Having seen some posters on some of the review sites for PC Laptops making statements that the positive posters are PC Laptop employees. I am here to State for a fact I am not an employee of PC Laptops. I am just one happy customer.

Recently I went to PC laptops to price a new computer as mine was obsolete. I found the desk top that was more than I need which was exactly what I wanted. I was given a verbal quote and came back when my finances permitted. Upon my return I was told they were not going to be able to provide what was given in the original quote. I found out later that it was due to upgrades to each computer. Frustrated, I sent an email to Dan, the owner of PC Laptops, and the next day I was contacted with information of when to pick up my new computer…. It was MORE than originally quoted for the same price. Not only did Dan honor a VERBAL quote, but he more than exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love my new computer and I would refer anyone in the market to PC Laptops. They are dedicated to customer service. Dan went out of his way to follow up and make sure I was happy with my purchase.The staff there are great to work with and communicates the technical aspects of the computer in a language I understood!

When you walk into the store you are greeted warmly by the staff at each and every store. They also come up right away and see what interests you have with using a computer such as fun, games, school, and etc. With their motto as well they truely do stick to it. They love you as a customer, but they treat you as a friend they haven't seen in a long time. Plus they're really know what product they sell to you. If you went in and had no Idea what your looking for they will turn that around with a complete 180 degrees and give you knowledge on what works for you the best. Their computers as well truely are amazing and plus with thier warranty you definantly can't beat that.

Going anywhere else for your next computer would be a huge mistake. Dan is one of the most involved and accessible CEO's I've ever seen. His willingness to talk directly with his customers takes customer service to a whole new level and is a mere insight into what a Lifetime Warranty means to the PC Laptops guys -- they're in it for the long haul.



The stores I've visited are well organized and clean... Dan's employees are more informed than the short-term employees you'll encounter at the big box stores. PC Laptops is AWESOME! Top notch. I can't say enough good about these guys.

I love these guys. They know their industry very well! I've bought my laptop and several computers for myself and family. I've never had a problem with my purchases and any questions I've had get answered fast. I'll probably never buy elsewhere again.
