Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, Dr. Robert Palmer was born and raised in Northern Utah and completed his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University. As a student Dr. Palmer was elected to the Tao Kappa Omega dental honor society and continues his education in new dental technologies, materials and procedures. Dr. Palmer is a member of the American Dental Association and the Utah Dental Association.
