Meticulous Remodel and The Best Handymen

Thayne gone above and beyond each time his services are required. He doesn't just show up, do the job, and then he's gone. He does more than he's asked to make sure things are done correctly and running right. He's friendly and so helpful. I have recommended him to my son and will continue to recommend him.

I needed some home repairs completed for an appraiser prior to closing. My realtor referred me to Thayne. He fixed the existing toilet and in turn saved me from having to buy a new one. He also fixed a leak in the roof and patched up some walls.

I usually do everything myself around the house, but I was a bit stuck updating some chaotic old electrical work in my kitchen. Thayne came over and sorted it all out, taking the time to make sure everything was neat and clean. He even found a couple of unrelated problems in my attic and fixed them up while he was at it. I think it took him a bit longer than he planned, but he stuck to his original quote. I'll definitely be calling him when it's time to remodel my bathroom.

After a summer of remodeling and going through several contractors and handymen that had been referred to by neighbors and friends , none which delivered what they promised and some not even finishing the jobs after being payed. I was desperate and resorted to trying to find a good electrician on KSL. I came upon Thayne's add and called . After describing to him what repairs were needed, over the phone. He gave me an estimate much lower than the others who had looked at what the job would entail. At that point i scheduled for him to come out. He called prior to our scheduled time to let me know he was on the way. Arrived 15 min. early. Completed the difficult job in less time than he quoted, charged me less than was quoted, took the time to clean up after himself and left the job area looking fantastic. Called a few days later to make sure everything was working and that i was satisfied. Since that time i have used Thayne for several other repairs in my home. He is definitely THE BEST HANDYMAN SERVICE IN UTAH.
