I have been a long time customer of Keystone/KeyX Financial and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Genesis helped me with my application when I got approved for a loan and has always been so kind and helpful every time I needed a cash advance or had any question regarding my loan account. She makes you feel you are more than a customer, I truly felt like she was a friend. Last year, I unfortunately got stuck in the payday loan hell cycle but Mayette and Mark were able to help me get out of it and no other company would've taken the time or effort like they have, I truly appreciate the amazing service and care KeyX has given me throughout the years. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a little bit of help as they truly care about you and your situation.

I agree that this business is no longer the friendly, helpful business it used to be. I have had 3 loans with them, 2 that I paid off quickly. I became ill and had to take out short term disability from work this year and they've done nothing but harass me and overdraw my bank account--even after written notice they received revoking my authorization for autopay. I did this only after they refused to work with me. It didn't matter what I said, they'd continue to debit my account or attempt to no matter what. I regret taking out my current loan with them and will warn as many people as I can not to do business with them. BTW they charge 100% interest on every loan so unless you can pay them off quickly you will pay through the nose!!

I tried getting help with this company but they want you to have perfect credit. Isn't the purpose of getting the help is to pay off debt to fix your credit?

I did business this company for years. In the past it was great, once the owner's wife started running the office the customer service, communication & general attitude has made a 180 degree nose dive. I regret every penny I made this company.
