Intermountain Healthcare is a nonprofit health system based in Salt Lake City. It is an employer of more than 26,000 who serve the health care needs of Utah and southeastern Idaho residents through Intermountain s system of more than 20 hospitals, clinics, health plans and physicians. In addition, the company offers medical services in the areas of behavioral health services; employee assistance program; hearing and balance center; home care, hospice and medical equipment; laboratory services; life flight; pharmacy services; services for seniors and their care givers; and trauma services. Intermountain Healthcare also offers financial assistance to its clients.
