I called for service fall 2008. It took me over a month to get someone to come for service. They called me to come change the filters aug 11, 2009 they wanted a 4 hr. window whitch i agreed to they called and said they couldn't make it at that time, rescheduled for aug 18, 2009 with the same 4hr. window. I was home when they came had walked around back they came hung a door tag and said i was not home. i was on my wayaround front when he left with no service. Now they want to cancell my warenty. Very very unhappy with service.

I have had their system for over a year. It has worked great. I tried Superior Water's free trial and was shocked at their high prices. Aspen Water's prices are about half what Superior wanted for the same or better product.
