I'm not sure about who the manager was when the last review was written, but the guys in there right now have always taken care of me. First class customer service and people who actually care about what they do. Ask for Sandra, she's one of those rare people who makes you feel like more than just a face in the crowd.

Never go here!!! I am very disappointed with EZPawn. My husband was starting a new job as a lube tech so we bought and impact gun and an air ratchet from Store number 21006. We also paid for the warranty on both. My husband went to work and found out that once you plugged the air ratchet in it didn’t work. We took it back to the pawn shop today, and the manager checked around and there was no air ratchet comparable for what we paid for. I presented the manager with options.

Option 1. He give us the 50 dollars back and he can have his tool back

Option 2. He pays half of the 80 dollars (that would be 40 for him to cover) to get this tool fixed.

The manager just kept telling me that he would only do in store credit when there was no other tool for us to trade it in for.



My husband needs the tool to do his job, and we bought it under the impression that it worked. The manager informed me that he tested all of the tools to the best of his abilities. But clearly he didn’t even try to test this one because once you attached air to it, it doesn’t work. Now my husband has to wait at work so he can borrow the tool from someone else. This is costing us money since my husband is on flat rate and gets paid by the job, because he has to wait he is not able to finish the job as fast as he can.
