Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Service was fast. Staff was organized. I have used Enterprise on many trips and this location is one of my tops.

I arrived in Salt Lake City on Tuesday, September 15th and headed towards Enterprise. The fire alarm was going off and did so for at least 20 minutes. The line was long. It was very busy and no cars were available. For the long wait and not having a car available I did get a free upgrade. In August, I was in Dallas and rented a car through another company. I will never go with another company. Thank you for a great rental experience Enterprise!!

Unlike the last person that posted I knew of what I was going to be charged and before I paid for anything the guys at the desk confirmed and repeated what I was being charged for. They were very open to respond and explaining in detail what each price was for. Afterwards when I went to get my car they professionally gave me the rundown and were patient while I reviewed the terms. With other people in line behind me they showed me that they really care to make sure that EVERYONE is on the same page and they did it with happy faces! Great job guys!

Do you want a great rental experience? Don't go here. The upselling and fees made my rental charge triple. The casual "you only want the basic service right?" is their way of charging you more and more. Facility charges, concession recovery charges and vehicle license fee added more. Customer service is very poor and said they were all things i agreed to. Well Enterprise, I agree to look elsewhere next time.

I rented at the Salt Lake City airport and was very happy with all aspects of my experience. These guys are quick and efficient. My car was in great shape and clean. I was in and out of there quickly, and was offered a great deal on an upgrade. They are all really nice people working there.

I rented a midsize Chevy SUV for a three day trip from the Salt Lake City airport. The service staff at the desk were excellent however there were only two on duty most of the time with a third accompanying customers to their cars.



I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the car - it was hard to distinguish between dirt marks and dents on my walk around. When opening the hatch door, it was obvious that the wash crew had not done this in their servicing.



With a cleaner car and quicker desk service I could have given the operation a high score.

I was very disappointed this time renting from different location in SLC, UT. I usually use downtown are, this time was the airport. I rented a full size SUV and the showed me to a scratched up, dirty Chevy Tahoe. Which would been great minus the filthy inside and outside. Then the ofeed a larger SUV Chevy Suburban which I really didn't want but hey it was a free upgrade. Took it on the freeway to start my drive and the alignment was awful, had to take it back. So then they offered me a afore Expedition and it was not washed or vacuumed.... well by this time I did not want to finaggle any longer so I just took it. I was very happy with this vehicle in the matter that it got me where my family needed to go in comfort. When I returned Patty the Enterprise employee was very nice and fast and listened to my concern of the 3 dirty vehicles, and how much time was waisted. I will probably never rent from the airport location a gain? .

It was late at night and I was probably the last customer before they closed shop. I would expect that they would be in a hurry to close up but it wasn't the case. They truly enjoy what they do and went out of their way to take care of my every need. Good Job Guys!!

In General the service was good, the employees were very kind, but the car was DIRTY, outside and inside, the company should clean the cars

I nearly always use Enterprise at SLC and other locations. They always are less expensive and cars are great. Reps are always in white shirts and ties and treat customers like they really care. I recently tried Budget and was scammed and lied to. Never again. Always Enterprise.

Have used Enterprise at SLC airport many times. always speedy process and friendly agents. will definitely keep renting here.

We went to attend our sons wedding. We did not want a Fancy car just something from point A to point B. Something with good gas mileage,Basic features. Wow we did not expect gutless too. With the peddle to the floor we could just barely make strawberry grade. Car was nice,kinda roomy. Good trunk space. But again gutless. So the next time we will not get an economy car. The people at enterprise were nice but really wanted me to get there ins. Nope not me. It should be all included in the rental. Not an add-on. If it mean raising the price of the daily price. Then fine. Other than that it was an OK experience. I will give it 3 and a half stars.

This company undercuts the competition and so the car you think you "reserved" may not be available. However they do have cars and if you are somewhat firm with them (they are Mormons after all), you may find yourself upgraded to a better vehicle - which unfortately may be a minivan in their view of an "upgrade". Nice folks - cheap vs hertz et al. but they oversell to get the biz.

Enterprise is my "go-to" auto rental company. I am a member of their customer loyalty program. Normally, would give them 5 stars, but this trip I am only offering 3. There was a line of about 8 customers backed up at the desk, and only one attendant on duty. Well, so, I see the "self-serve" machines (like an ATM) there. I figure I will try that. Machine would not read my driver's license.... Okay, so I get back in line. Then, I see another customer using the other machine. It works.... So, I try again, using that alternate machine. Successfully got my reservation called up, I walked out to the garage and was on my way. There were still 7 customers waiting in line.....

I will be checking next time to see if this experience is an outlier or a trend.

Fast friendly service. Great value

Excellent, fast and friendly service, great cars and best pricing based on my research, especially if you have to add an extra driver. We always use Enterprise in Salt Lake City.

Very good, fast service, nice employees. Although I have used Enterprise in the past, they couldn't find me in their system--again. I had to return the car at 5 am and the area I was told to park in was completely full--this threw me off a bit because I needed to get it done with and get inside the airport. I'm assuming they found the car and figured it out, though. These aren't terrible things, though, and I would use them again.
