Dr. Robert M. Miska, MD

I went there once to get a second opinion. There was a news report a couple of years ago on him and how well he helps his MS patients, so I thought I'd check him out. I had some lab work done a couple of weeks ago. They have had MY lab results in their office for a week now and nobody from the office has bothered to call and give them to me. I've called twice in the last week and the lady up front says "Well, I can see them right here, but since a doctor hasn't signed off on them I can't give them to you". Uh, hello, they're MY results! Also, I called in explaining some possible flare up symptoms. I wanted to see if they need to see me or put me on medication. It took a week for someone to call me back. Good thing my MS flare up wasn't that bad.They just don't seem to care. If this doctor is a good doctor I wouldn't know. The staff is terrible! My experience with them would've been better if they would follow through and give me my results and act like they actually care. I'm going to seek another MS Specialist in the area. It would be nice to find someone that will call back right away. I can't take a chance of needing dire assistance and have them not respond ASAP.
