Bad Experience,



Here is what happened thus far:

-Took in for shaking and to repair reverse lights



3 days later

-Pick up car, go to start it, dead, told it was left on and had to be jumped

-Both are repaired but it's very hard to shift into 1st and 2nd gear

-When I stop car and come back 20 min later it is does not start, I have it towed by my AAA



2 Days later

-Told car starts and it was bad coil

-Pay $200 for coil replacement

-When i pick it up I again stop somewhere, come back and it does not start

-I pay $89 to have it towed



1 week later

-Was told it was good to go and had been tested multiple times

-Went to pick it up and it did not start

-Was told I would be called to be given a loaner car when it was ready, I was never called



1 month later

-I have called multiple times to check up on it with no progress

-Was told expert would come in to check it out and that they would call me back...no call back

-Called the next day and was told the expert was sick but was coming in today and would be called back when he comes in...no call back

-Called at 8:15 AM, no answer, called at 8:30 am, no answer, called at 10:15 and was told no progress and was referred to Larry H. Miller Toyota to be towed at my expense. It is now being towed there.



They seem like nice people but after having to reach out to them after not being called back, after being told I would be called back, promised a loaner car, and a month of going carless after it went in for shaking and came out unable to start I believe my rating is justified.



They said that they would reimburse me the cost of towing and repair if it was found that they had caused the problem and while that is nice i'm left with $500 +/- spent on towing and a coil before repairs with a problem that didn't exist prior to taking it into Courtright.



I will update when problem is diagnosed and they are contacted.
