        I received an email from Bath & Body Works on July 31,2016 @12:11am stating that time is running out and that the candle promo ends today, I showed the email to the cashier and she shook her head and said NO this ended yesterday, I asked why I would receive the email today she said she didn't know, I asked if she was going to honor the email she said NO. WOW! Cashier#1664058 where is the customer service? I usually shop at the Fashion Place mall and spend at least $100.00 per month, I know for a fact had I gone there they would honor your companies mistake. This cashier didn't even blink when she saw that I was upset, I was prepared to spend $$$$ however I will NEVER go to this store and I will make sure that I share this information and the lack of care and concern.
