THIS PLACE IS GREAT!

We did our daughter's Sweet Sixteen party here! And It Was AMAZING! Manager of Arbat is very nice guys, he even gave us a discount because of our budget! Security was provided and great DJ! Food, oh the food was great and stuff was very friendly!

I see here couple bad reviews and I read them too. The only one thing I can say is that YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE FOR YOUR FAMILY PARTIES AND SPECIAL DAY!!!!!!



Wish I would have seen the other reviews about this place before coming here !! Our wedding was here 6 months before signing the contract and giving the owner 5,000 dollars he was the niecest person ever promised to make my wedding the best one since it was a civil union HE came up with the idea of doing the ceremony at the hall, he would decorate the front part of the room with only chairs,no tables, a nice runway and a beautiful front table. This sounded like a good idea. Also since we did not like the size of the hall he said we could stay for as long as we wanted there was no hour, if we wanted to stay til 6am we could "no problem with me" now we were convinced so we signed the contract and gave our 500 deposit (even tho we had already made a deposit on another hall ) the day before our wedding he said he NEEDED the resting $700 out of the 5,000 I wanted to wait til the day of but he insisted he NEEDED it for something. we went over eevery detail we wanted and he had agreed on and gave him the money. The day of the wedding my bridesmaids went In early to make sure everything was good. Well the place was not decorated AT ALL how he said the tables were still there . My maid of honer told him this is not what I wanted and if he could put the tables away for the ceremony and back for the reception like he said. He said NO THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE ITS TOO MUCH WORK I'M NOT DOING THAT ! She told him not to yell at her and if he promised then he should do it he said NO IM NOT DOING IT ANd IF U DON'T LIKE IT ILL CANCEL THE WHOLE WEDDING ! Obviously she got mad and yelled back it was so bad the judge had to step in and tell him to calm down. Well all he did for the ceremony was put some chairs in front and that was it.



At the reception the food was horrible not the food he gave us to try at all u could tell it was left over food from the day before the salad was so soggy. The party was good since he wasn't there but by 2:00 the D.J announced he would be there til 4:00 he barged in and told him no the party ends right now who ever told u that is a liar ! I was called over I told him this was in the contract and to go get it, he didn't. He said he never said that he said only 10 hours and I was lying!! My husband stepped in and told him he was disrespectful and he promised a lot of thing he didn't do so the least he could do was let us stay longer since we had paid for it and also paid for the band ! He said NO u need to leave now! O never said that ,my husband was now extremely mad he said he needed to show some Respect ! We didn't pay 5000 for this treatment and it was bull what he was saying the owner wanted to "TAKE IT OUTSIDE" my husband said yeah and the coward said my security will go with you !!! But even his security and some staff told him he was being rude and disrespectfull . Well he said one more hour but by this time the whole family wasaggravated that we grabbed our stuff and went out before someone punched him in the face!



Well that's what happened at my "special day" thanks to that man I hope no-one goes with him and has to experience what we did ! Worst place to have your party DON'T EVER GO HERE the staff later told me he was going to go out of bussiness soon because he was always like this, mad over something else or tired from the previous party and he takes it out on the people who have nothing to do with it. He is even like this with his own family . What a sad man





WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!.wish I would have waited til after the party to give him the money. That was not worth the money at all !!!!
