Dr. Cekada refuses to see patients whose insurance is in transition even though the patient is covered. He asks for money "up front" from the patient. He refuses to review MRIs and patient history as sent from the referring physician. He chooses not the listen to the patient's attempt to explain the history since he obviously isn't going to take the time to read through it. What should have been a simple surgical referral was turned into a useless, yet expensive ($521.00) ten minutes of non-communication. We will ask to be referred to an out-of-town more professional surgeon next time!
