I engaged this company to correct an AC problem and they were able to work with the manufacturer on warranties and fix my problem. I did have to pay labor but overall it went well. A few weeks later there was another issue with my unit, it wouldn't heat. They responded quickly and were able to repair the system. I haven't received that bill yet but believe it will be in the $400-$500 dollar range. Not certain if that is unreasonable or not because they replaced some heating elements, fuses and the thermostat. Over all impression is that their service man was capable and thorough. He identified the problems and was able to correct them. Seemed to take an inordinate amount of time to do so though. All in all it was a good experience.
