Athena Marble Inc

Worked with Nick on 3 bathroom remodels in my home. All 3 got new vanity countertops and one of the bathrooms had a whole shower insert of cultured marble (made of a separate floor piece with 3 walls of cultured marble). Two of the 3 countertops were granite and the 3rd was cultured. ALL LOOK BEAUTIFUL. The workmanship and caulking of the products was excellent. My only regret is that I should have picked the brightest white color they had for the cultured marble shower walls since there isn't a light installed in the shower itself. (Maybe if they had mentioned this to me I would have made a better decision but I'm the one who should have remembered how much light the shower gets....)



All in all, very good experience and nice folks. Plus their assortment of granite is EXCELLENT.

The installer for Athena, Nick, made a mess of our shower install. He said the cavity that the shower was being installed in was a little too wide. HE IS THE ONE THAT CAME OUT AND MEASURED BEFOREHAND! Contacting the company was useless as they did not return my calls as promised, and referred everything back to Nick. He refused to repair his shoddy workmanship and refused to discuss options. He stated that he 'wasn't going to argue about it' and that he would pull the whole shower out rather than fixing it. I told him if he wasn't going to fix it right then go ahead and pull it out. He did. We wasted a lot of time with this company and their installer. Nick also damaged some of my finished sheet rock when they pulled the shower out. We'll have to eat the cost of repairing that. There are too many other marble producers out there to have to deal with Athena.
