Worst services ever. Please don't use them! They continue to show up to my house without notice. The only time I know they stopped by to do services is when I get an email stating my bank account is being charged. I am never notified in advance on appointments THEY randomly schedule nor am I notified after they have "supposedly" done services at my house. AND they always seem to stop by when no one is home. How do I know if they actually did the work when no one is there? So this morning I check my emails and I see an email stating they are charging my account within 24 hours because they stopped by yesterday; confusing because I wasn't aware that I had an appointment yesterday so I login to my account and my appointment isn't scheduled until next week so why am I being charged today??? So I called c/s and they advised me that someone stopped by yesterday and that's why I am being charged, but there was no note, business card for service description form stating what was done left behind or nothing. So I state again; how do I know anything was actually done. I am in the process of cancelling my account and getting a refund. Please do NOT use this business.
