V Olsen Heating & Air Conditioning

V. Olsen installed my Armstrong #g1N93BU067D16 93% Furnace, and Armstrong #SCU10G24A 2 Ton Air Conditioning system, with matching cooling coil, Line Set and Pad. Including Honeywell Electronic Air Cleaner, and all associated materials, on 7/19/2005 for $4,345.00. Ea. year since, I have purchased a "SPA" pkg f/$175.00, & ea. spring & fall under this pkg, they have cleaned & checked ALL the above equipment, including filters. I have receipts to document this. On 10/10/12, Tech Jason did the furnace cleaning, but refused to clean and check the filters in my air cleaner. He said they were not supposed to do that & that it was an extra $42.00 charge! He called the owner, V. Olsen & relayed my complaint. Mr Olsen informed him to tell me pretty much "take it or leave it", & had no concern this would force me to look for another furnace co. I have receipts back to 2006 showing filters were done each and every year. This is no way to treat a loyal customer!!
