Overall

The worst customer service ever. The front ladies greet you with stone cold faces with not a shred of friendliness. They have a zero tolerance for lateness on bills. Or sensitivity on needing an extension (they won't give you it) Their policies of pay or be turned off is unlike any other utility company that gives an extra week or even a month during hardship times but not these guys. Not only are they insensitive in these types of situations, they than tack on fees that nearly double your bill. A water bill of $50 if not paid by due date will be turned off and then they add on an addition $50 dollars in fees (10 for delinquent notification fee, 25 delinquent account trip fee and 20 deposit fee) So a 50 dollar water bill than turns into a 100 dollars to just get your water turned back on. They won't even give you a curtisy call or knock on the door and let you pay them before they turn the water off. But I guess they can do this, they can treat their customers like annoying flies, and tack on all the fees they want if you want water since they are the only ones who provide water in the area. It is shocking. You would think there would be laws to protect citizens from monopoly companies like this.
