In response to 10/3/2014 review by Holly:



At this time we have limited days in the Logan Terrace office. Our appointment cards, brochure, and website all instruct patients to use the Salem number where messages are to be left. The Logan terrace office is shared space and publishing that number will only cause confusion for patients as it is not regularly attended. Staff is instructed to regularly check messages at our Salem office. In cases of a medical emergency, patients are instructed to go to the nearest hospital emergency room. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I personally think that the website should have the other office phone number on it I just spent the last four hours looking it up and the only one they keep giving me is the Salem office
