Bill's Auto Clinic

Donny from Bill’s Auto Clinic picked up my car today from my house in Marblehead and brought it to Precision Auto Works in MHD. He was extremely friendly and forgiving for taking so long to arrive (although I was impressed it was only about ½ hour from my call). Thumbs up for great service.

I've never used AAA in the many years I've paid for it, and the two guys from Bill's that helped me today were terrific. They worked quickly and couldn't have been nicer.

I want to say “thanks” to Matt from Bill’s Auto Clinic for the great service he provided me when my battery died in my car. Matt thoroughly tested my starter and alternator, as well as the battery. He told me I had a dead cell, ad told me that since the battery was manufactured less than three years before, it might still be under warranty and/or subject to a prorated replacement. I found his information to be informative and accurate, and his professionalism to be outstanding. Thanks for making a stressful situation a little more bearable.

Tuesday morning I could not get my battery to turn over after putting as in it. Del came out to the gas station and assisted me in getting it started. He was able to tell me what the problem was and made sure it would stay running so I could drive to my mechanic without an issue. I proceeded straight to my mechanic where he fixed the problem that I explained as it was explained to me. Del was a great help and showed me fantastic customer service and care. Please thank him for all of his help for me. it was very greatly appreciated.

I wanted to thank your company and Donny in particular for his help this morning. He came over very quickly and helped jump my car. He was polite and friendly and so so helpful when I was having a less than great morning. He also called Sean and he came by to do a battery exchange. Very efficient and helpful when I really needed it. Many thanks to your company, and to Donny, he’s a great asset to your company. He was terrific this morning!

I received help from Joey W for my dead car battery a couple of weeks ago at my home in Marblehead. I’m happy to give feedback where it’s due.

He arrived within a half hour. That made me happy of course, but what was even better was the service I received from him. Not only did Joey give me a speedy charge, but he explained what was going on and what to do (keep it running for 45 minutes, check for a bunch of things following my drive, etc). He educated me on car batteries and why this may have happened. And to top it off he explained things in a way that I totally understood everything.

He was really awesome. I wish that all car people, contractors, plumbers, electricians, etc etc, were as wonderful at explaining things as Joey. It would make life easier.

I wanted to write regarding the excellent service that I received earlier this year on Friday, January 25th 2013. This review is a long time coming but I’ve finally gotten around to writing it. I was stranded in the CVS parking lot on Endicott St. in Danvers on an extremely cold day. Not long after I called AAA, and after expecting to have to wait at least an hour for service, your service technician appeared ready to help resolve my dilemma. After replacing my battery and answering all my questions, thanks to Matt, I was on my way. His kindness and professionalism helped to make a frustrating situation a lot more bearable.

I am one happy customer!! They are such pleasant and polite people to talk to and deal with. Work was prompt and efficient! Very pleased!! Would go back again!

I found myself with a dead battery after a very hectic weekend celebrating the wedding of my daughter. I was never so relived to find such prompt, courteous, and thorough service by the way of Bill’s Auto Clinic. He spent the time to not only jumpstart my car but he tested my battery and found it was not in need of replacement at this time. Our car battery was dead so we called AAA. Bill sent over a guy who was here so fast and had the car running within minutes. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and a very nice guy. Thanks!

I got a flat tire and was missing my jack so I called AAA. Bill's arrived much quicker than expected and fixed the problem immediately. Everything was taken care of so fast I was still able to make it to my appointment on time. Thanks!

I would like to acknowledge the service member that came to my assistance today. He jumped started my car versus towing the vehicle, which was the intent of my car insurance call, and I was extremely pleased by his demeanor and professionalism.

We received excellent service yesterday afternoon. Bill's came to our rescue. The man they sent was professional, helpful, and courteous. We weren't very happy about our situation, but the outcome was positive!

I was in town on Thanksgiving weekend and on Sunday I found my car wouldn't start. Bill's guy came out after I called AAA and provided efficient and friendly service. He figured out quickly that I needed a new battery, and after replacing that my car was running normally again. All this was within an hour of my call. I appreciated how nice and helpful he was. Service was excellent.

Great experience at Bill's Auto. They took care of my car fast and I'm very happy with them.
