St Anthony's Primary Care-Carillon

They say you need to see a specialist but wont give you a referral. They have a high turnover rate with doctors. They had me sign releases but never bothered to request the info from other doctors. Specialists sent updates that never made it into records. It takes months to get refills. Have been to almost four of their locations, and its all the same. Almost four because after the 2nd doctor left, even before I got to see the 3rd, the office called to say I was too complex medically and they didnt like the medications I was on. The 4th doctor, was obsessed with the fact I was on adderal xr 5mg for add and said I didnt need it - even though it was prescribed by a psychologist, I had to find on my own. Doctors I do not recommend: Dr. Brandon Bell, Dr. Berg, Dr. Casanova, Dr. Lefkowitz. It would not let me give them zero stars.
