Reno Beach Surf Shop

This surf shop was a big disappointment. The thought of being able to buy beach wear without going to the mall or out to the beach is a great convenience. However, this shop is a bust. Teeny-Boppers run the shop by day, caring only about their boys of interests that come in and take over the shop. There is hardly a grunt in your direction when you walk in, service is nonexistent, limited merchandise, and OUTRAGEOUS prices (even higher than tourists shops right on the beach!). I have had more than one experience here and they have been equally as disappointing - even with my experience being with the owner! They didn't have the sandals I wanted so my information was taken and I was told I would be contacted when they came in. I received no such call. Trust me - you're much better off going anywhere but here.
