        Bad business

        Don't waste your time or $ on this place. There is no customer service at all. The receptionist Jaquelyn is a rude Jesus freak. She hung up on me twice & then called me praying loudly over the phone. Weird! Go somewhere where you will be treated with respect, not here!

        Customer service is the hallmark of my business, and has been for 35 years. I find it interesting that the only two negative reviews my business has are from two people who wanted to use a coupon for services beyond the expiration date. Ms. Singinloud had a coupon that expired on October 18th. She called on November 7th, three weeks after the coupon had expired in an effort to use the coupon. I applaud her for calling to see if we would extend the terms, and if it were just a day or two beyond the deadline, it may have been an option. When this unhappy writer was advised that the coupon would not be honored, she became abusive to my staff. Considering that she called 9 times, she is fortunate that Jacqueline only hung up on her twice. Ms. Singinloud then presented herself at my office under the guise of wanting to "purchase" a gift certificate for massage. When she failed to get the price she wanted, she left without making a purchase. She did, however, pick up my business card which lists my cell phone number. Ms. Singinloud did call me directly in an attempt to get me to honor the expired coupon. Please consider her negative post as that of a spoiled child who did not get her way, and not a true reflection of the quality of our service.

        Racist and unprofessional. I say do not waste your money at this place and go somewhere else instead, I tried to make an appointment here once and their attitude over the phone was disgusting. Their hospitality was none. They acted like they didn't want or care for my service.

        It is always unfortunate when a customer does not get the product or service they are expecting, and the ENTIRE staff at Remmel Wellness Center is trained to provide the ultimate in care to each and every client of ours. In fact, I have always taken pride in the fact that we provide a $1.10 in service for every $1.00 collected, which is why my clients love coming here. The unfortunate situation with this unhappy client is the result of a coupon with an expiration date that she was not able to use. Even though she waited until just days before the coupon expired, our office added an additional date of service to accommodate her and a friend so they could use their coupons. This unhappy writer failed to show up for her appointment (although her friend did come, and enjoyed her massage very much). She then called two hours after her appointment time asking to reschedule. Coupons have an expiration date for a reason. My office had already made an effort to accommodate her, and she was a no show. The terms of the coupon were clear and required a 24 hour cancellation notice or the coupon would be forfeited. Furthermore, she was beyond the expiration date of the coupon. I'm sorry she feels wronged, but she had four months to use the coupon, and had she actually shown up for her appointment, I am confident she would be telling a much different story.

        Due to a car accident in the state of Ohio I've been forced to visit a chiropractor for a number of years. When I informed my previous chiropractor I was moving to the state of Florida he recommended I visit Dr. Remmel. After my first appointment and visit I knew I had made the correct choice.



        I did not realize a chiropractor could be so versatile in the services offered to the public. The physical adjustments and aqua bed alone was a blessing. Their weight loss program is also helping me in easing the stress to my knees, ankles and other joints. Already I have lost close to 17 pounds but still have a ways to go. I have to thank my Ohio chiropractor for suggesting I visit Dr. Remnel. The Remnel Wellness Center has gained a practitioner for life.

        How many times have you asked yourself or promised you would take better care of yourself, if only there was a way to improve your health and your body?



        The answer is here. The Remmel Wellness Center. As an individual who has utilized their services, I can attest to their superior capabilities. From the moment you enter their doors, you know you will leave with the answers you need to begin building a new body, more able to withstand the daily rigors and grind that create negative stress.



        The chiropractic manipulations alone will free pinched nerves, bring about a better sense of balance, posture, and alert you to bad habits requiring correction. The weight loss programs work, as many patients and patrons have lost an appreciable amount of weight using the advice and new eating patterns prescribed by the Remmel Wellness Center.



        Lifestyle changes are important to adhering to necessary changes. The Center now has a broadcasting station, containing content to satisfy a wide range of topics, from relationships. health and fitness, mental and emotional patterns that take us down the wrong path, and other factors that constantly derail us from a positive day to one where we wish we never decided to arise from bed.



        The best news? All of this is done without pharmaceuticals. It doesn't take a magician to suggest and follow a better plan of eating habits. Many individuals want to start the new year off right, but don't have the correct support group and knowledge to keep it in motion. Spinal alignments, weight loss programs, physical massages, aqua beds, and many other benefits along with the knowledgeable staff is cause enough to start making a change in your life and well being.
