        A PEO relationship offers clients back-office, human resources support in five core areas. Our clients prosper from our service benefits:Payroll Administration, Employee Benefits Support, Risk Control and Workers' Compensation Insurance, Business Insurance Management, Human Resources Consulting. This support is provided through a co-employment relationship. Under this arrangement, worksite employees become, for certain purposes, employees of both the client as well as MBA. The client retains sufficient control of all daily employee activities while MBA is designated as the employer of record for tax paying and workers' compensation insurance purposes. In this relationship, wages and payroll related taxes are reported and paid under MBA's federal ID number.

        I was sorry to read your post and I thought it was important that I respond directly to you.



        As you noted, MBA is a human resources outsourcing company. Therefore, we are always striving to ensure our team members’ experiences are optimal and it appears you did not have a work optimal experience. That being said, MBA is consistently ranked one of Tampa Bay’s best places to work! We pride ourselves on an atmosphere of team work and camaraderie. But, we recognize that not every work environment is the right fit for every team member.



        Even so, if in fact you feel your experience was not optimal and wish to discuss it in a more appropriate forum, please feel free to contact us. We are continually striving for improvement and would appreciate the feedback.



        Also, you do make a very serious allegation of in appropriate conduct. We take all team member concerns and complaints seriously. Even though you are no longer employed at MBA, we urge you to provide us with an opportunity to investigate this complaint.
