Hiro's Tokyo Steakhouse & Sushi Bar

I was in the mood of sushi today, so I thought I would try Hiro's. This is a mistake I will never make again! While the sushi appetizer was great, the service was appalling.

I went in at about 2:30 p.m. and no one greeted me at the door. This was not that big of a deal as the restaurant was very slow with only about three tables. However, I stood there for about two minutes and not even the sushi chiefs said a word to me. I eventually, just walk up to the sushi bar and sat myself.



A few minutes my server server, we will call her "P" came by and took my drink order. She came back a few minutes later just to tell me they were out of Coke, so I ordered Iced-Tea instead. I did get my drink relativity quickly, and I placed my order for the sushi appetizer.



She places my order and comes right back a few minutes later and ask what else I would like. Then, this conversation transpired.



Me: "I am not sure, everything looks so good. This is my first time here, what would you recommend that is going to blow me away?"

P: "Nothing, we do not have any type of specialty rolls. All of our rolls are very basic."

Me: "Oh...well then what is popular?"

P: "The TNT and ( I can not remember the second one she told me)

Me: "Ok, well I think I am going to need a few more minutes."

P: "Ok, but I have to leave by three," then she walked away.



A few moments later, my appetizer arrives and my tea is at the refill point. She dropped of the appetizer and never asked if I wanted a refill.



After that I finished my appetizer sucked on my ice and cashed out. I will never go back there again.

Well I got to the place out of my blue car that had just been washed while the door sighn said open I walked in and took the great aroma of the place walking to the wood covered tables my fat father fell on the floor and I needed to help him up as he whistled for his inhailer while gasping for breath as the aroma and the lights choked him while his sea blue eyes glisined in the lights as each puff gave him air helping him up we gfinally sat down to eat we got pespi and water and the water glistend in the lights and every sip gave all of u astonishment and the fried. rice on the. giant Plate and so was the meat while I was playing stick it action on my I pod touch while making a movie about zombies licking my no no square then shooting them in the face then the fire of the restaurant burned in the stove in front of me cooking the food that I wanted I ordered rare steak over all the food was good

The food was so good. That my fat father needed his inhaler to breath!!

half price everything after ten o clock, and delicious sushi. how can you beat that?

we have always received our food in a timely manner.

the only critique that i would have would be after ten it turns into a sort of club, the music is a little loud, but well worth the food and fair price. even fully priced i'm satisfied with the experience, and product.

The place was very nice inside but the server was very rude and i believe she was drunk serving my family.My food took forever to come out and when it came out to my table the food was cold.The place was very loud and i couldn't even hear my husband. I asked the server questions about the food because it was my first time there and she couldn't answer me she didn't know anything. The server never came back to check on us after we got our food. Very unprofessional! There was a lot of younger people and they were very loud and ghetto. i would not suggest anyone to take their family there for a family dinner. i had a horrible experience and will never go back.

Very slow service

Server spilled food on the table--had to ask her for a towel to clean it up

glass was broken when she served the beer

Habachi was not hot when the chef came to cook

Cook was very slow...broke egg shells in the eggs when making the fried rice

Then came the veggies they were good--but he did not mix them well so I got most of the onions, my husband got most of the squash, you get the picture

Then he started cooking the meat...by the time my scallops were done my rice and veggies were COLD...he then forgot to give me my steak...he had to go back to the kitchen to get it and at that point I was done.

Asked what was in the sauce and was told that they did not know...

Asked if they did large parties and the waitress said she would ask the manager and never answered my question.

We went outside to smoke and sat with the chef as he smoked and talked on his cell phone--then another server came out and smoked and spit...You get the gist. ewwww.

Paid $135.00 (2 of us...apps, dinner, drinks and tip) and no Thank you when we left...and the server never even came and got our credit card slip...we left it on the table....I will point out that they did not have many guests in the restaurant so there really was no excuse for such horrible service.



We will NOT be back and we will not suggest anyone else to go.
