Excel Granite

Terrible experience. They were great while I was looking however when the time for install came it was a complete nightmare. I made the appt. for install while I was in the warehouse approving my template, took the day off work and when the day came for install I just happened to call two hours into the time period I was expecting them to tell them I was out back so to call my cell and was informed that I wasn't on the schedule. Then I was told that the manager moved my appt. They ended up "fitting" me in and got to my house at 6pm (scheduled time 12-5) on a Friday. They installers showed up w/ an attitude and the only words they said to me was were is your bathroom. Showed them the bathroom and the first thing one of the men did was pick up a hammer and start beating pieces of wood out of my custom built vanity and then left the nails and screws sticking into the cabinet. When they were cutting the holes for the faucet they chipped it pretty bad and told me it would cover with caulk....which it won't. Then said my options were they take it back and TRY and fix it and if they can't and I don't want it "oh well". It was a disaster and I ended up paying them and telling them to get out of my house and not so nicely. I have never had such a bad experience with a contractor of any kind. Don't do it people!

Bad experience, work was sloppy and customer service was almost non-existent. I had several issues, some which were never resolved. Go someplace else.

I wanted to drop a note and thank you for helping us pick out the counter top granite and getting it installed in such a prompt manner.

The counter is beautiful and your installers were very professional and courteous in making sure i was perfectly installed.

After living in the guestroom for several weeks, It was great to move back into the master bedroom and be able to use the adjoining bath.

EXCELLENT!!! I love my new granite in my kitchen & Bathroom. Excellent installers did everything I asked & wanted. Very caring people. A 5 star company ... I definitely disagree to the awful comments people have written... They go over the terms and explain the charges ... No hidden fees at all ... Very pleased :)

They are great people to work with.. they help you all thought out the process .. great installers and very professional. They have a large variety of colors and materials ... I'm very pleased i wish we could upload some pictures to prof their great work...

If you want your calls and emails not returned, if you like promises made and broken, if you like being over charged and then part of your order held hostage until you pay up, by all means call them! These people don’t know the meaning of the words customer service! Horrible experience!!!
