        Service

        I'm a regular at the Derby several times a week , but every time I visit the service is poor at best . The ticket clerks need to be taught the word " hospitality " and how to treat paying customers . Thank goodness for the ticket machines because without the machines I would not frequent the Derby as much. Un-friendly , rude and expect a tip with every ticket transaction ? "To tip " is for Good service ! If the Derby Lane employees don't enjoy their jobs dealing with the paying public get another job.
        But this really all falls on Management ....they have had to receive many many complains from locals and visitors.
        I go even if I'm not winning and it's just an added insult to be treated poorly but Derby Lane employees .
        Fix it !!!!
